1.I/We the Applicant(s) confirm that I/We is/are authorised by our company/trust/partnership/ other type of business entity to share our information and apply for business finance, merchant cash advance or any other form of commercial funding offer.
2.I/We the Applicant(s) authorise Pay2day Ltd to act as an introducer/broker on our behalf to approach other brokers or lenders to get business finance, merchant cash advance, business cash advance, or other form of commercial funding offer.
3.I/We the Applicant(s) also authorise(s) lenders, their assigns and agents to, obtain trade, landlord, credit, card transaction processing and bank information relating to us, our directors and officers, members and any of the undersigned guarantors, and financial associates and other individuals, from vendors, suppliers, landlords /mortgagees, credit reference agencies, card transaction processors, banks and creditors.
4.This information will be used exclusively for the purposes of (i)considering the entry into a credit and debit card receivables acquisition agreement with a lender, obtaining business finance, commercial funding and (ii) monitoring our or lenders performance during the life of such acquisition agreement, and (iii) collection activities by authorised agents in case of default.
5.The personal information we have collected from you the Applicant will be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent fraud and money- laundering and to verify your identity.
6.If fraud is detected, you, the Applicant could be refused certain services, funding, or employment. 7.By submitting this form, the Applicant(s) certify that all documents and information submitted now or provided in the future, in connection with this application are true, correct and complete.
8.By submitting below, you give us, our employees, our contractors and agents consent to communicate with you via email, post, telephone or other suitable modes of communication and authorise us to approach different lenders to endeavour to get you the best possible commercial loan offer. 9.Lenders require all applicants, directors, shareholders to sign a personal guarantee.
10. Pay2day acts as a commercial finance broker / introducer and will get its brokerage fees from the lender. We may charge a small service fee to you, the Applicant, but we shall inform you in advance.
11. The minimum expected duration of a business cash advance is 120 days (4 months), and the typical expected duration is 6-12 months. These are not ‘short-term-loans.
